Retention Periods
Jetexpress complies with legal retention periods. Client data will be deleted in January following the expiration of the legal retention period. Unsolicited applications are retained for one year.

Access by Third Parties

Jetexpress will not provide your personal data to third parties, except when necessary for the provision and optimization of Jetexpress services. Without prejudice to the foregoing, Jetexpress may also grant access to your personal data to competent authorities (i) when Jetexpress is obliged to do so by law or in the context of legal proceedings, and (ii) for the safeguarding and defense of its rights;
